River Run – Ready For Custom Sales

River Run, a Davidson, NC country club community, was ready for the demand that the “Great Recession” left the new home Cust0m/Luxury market.  After the real estate collapse of 2008-2012 few developers were ready to get back into the development game for custom builders.  However, the management team at River Run stayed the course and kept nearly 120, heavily wooded, custom home lots for when things rebounded.  Boy, have they rebounded.  River Run is now Charlotte’s number one selling Custom Community.

Rather than panic and sell off their lots at a price well below what they were worth, River Run stayed the course and waited to release them when the market was ready to accept their worth.

This builder is grateful for the opportunity to build in River Run.  Quickly, we have become one of the best selling builders servicing our clients with wha we do best, quality and design.  For years we have been known for our quality craftsmanship.  Our market is just beginning to realize that we also design all of our own homes.  When we sit down with a custom home client, they find that Eric quickly realizes their key fears, wants and desires in a new home and shows them how to achieve it.  He says, we will design you into budget.  This pragmatic approach to building a persons dream home resonates with many.

Eric believed in River Run so much that he built his latest Build for the Cure masterpiece in the community.  Build for the Cure is the charity Eric Johnson started that uses a show home for the building community to come together and donate their time, money and resources to benefit the local Charlotte Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  visit http://buildforthecurecharlotte.com for more information.
