E.S. Johnson Builders is a Lake Norman Custom Home Builder. We build beautiful, custom-designed homes throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area and its bedroom communities.
Our mission is to work with you and build a vision together of what your home could be.
Founder & President Eric Johnson started the American dream of building beautiful homes for everyone, regardless of price range. We cater our process to how you want things to happen, it’s your journey.
E.S. Johnson Builders believes in giving back to the community. We started a charity called Build for the Cure, and over the the past decade, we have built homes to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Charlotte Affiliate, the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to fight against breast cancer in the world.
We have the privilege of consistently being recognized year after year and have been awarded top honors for Best Interior Design, Best Kitchen, Best Floor Plan, Best of the Lake Design Competition, Best Individual Feature, Best Landscape and Best Overall Home, including the Best in American Living Home Award for Best home in America over 4001 sq. ft.
We only use top quality materials and boast the finest craftsmanship in the area. We’ve built our reputation on doing things right the first time. As Eric’s grandfather, Alfred Zillioux, said when he was very young, “You only have an opportunity to do it right one time, make sure you do it right the first time. This is the secret to a quality project.”
