Here we are just wrapping up a custom tear down in Cornelius, NC. This waterfront home replaced a home built in the 80s. A challenging build as we didn’t tear down the entire structure. We teamed up with Todd Crowe of Todd Crowe Design Associates so he could take the time consuming process of designing and matching up the structure of the original home.
